Scaling the Blade to the Vessel

A ø120 mm propeller, boss mount in SUS-316, for fast circulation of thin liquids in large vessels. The 12 Series carries Heidon’s blade geometries up to pilot-vessel size on the ø12 mm shaft, where the 60 percent rule for high-viscosity work calls for diameters the ø8 mm line cannot reach.

What to Know Before Ordering

• Chuck and shaft: requires a 13 mm drill chuck mixer and the ø12 mm shaft; the ø8 mm hand chuck cannot hold it
• Axial flow at scale: the propeller pumping pattern, sized for pilot batches
• Lead time: made to order, quoted at order
