Calibration/password help for the KJT230?

I am setting up the KJT230 in my lab. I installed the Tracker software and followed all the instructions for connecting the 230 to the PC; I added it as a sensor head and everything seemed fine. I set a password (let's say "1111") on the meter, but when I go on the computer and try to calibrate the sensor head, it won't accept "1111" as the password. I am stuck right now and don't know how to proceed because I can't calibrate it.
What can I do?
