The calibration procedure (to check and adjust) is in the operations manual. If you need a copy, please contact us with the serial numbers of your FD720's. You will put the FD720 or FD800 in calibration mode and use the Tare functions. A 100g certified weight is used next. Contact "support@kett.com" if you need assistance.
