HOW TO QUALIFY

Given the breadth of our product line, in both models and technologies, we can generally offer multiple measurement solutions.  In addition, with over 60 years of test instrumentation experience, we’ve seen most applications and know what it takes to provide a solution and what results the customer can expect to obtain.

In a high proportion of cases, we can offer a written performance guarantee.  This provides you with the assurance that, should the Kett device (and our staff) not be able to meet the agreed-upon criteria, you will be able to return the instrument and not be out any money.

To qualify, contact your territory specialist.  They will coordinate a 5-10 minute telephone call with one of our application engineers where you will detail the specifics of your project as well as your requirements and expectations.

At the end of this call, the application engineer will provide product and solution recommendations and can then provide the written guarantee you want.
