Single shim for coating gauges. All shims include thickness (in um) and precision for ISO compliance. Please let us know which thickness you want. We offer shims in the approximate ranges of 12um, 25um, 50um, 100um, 700um. Shims used should bracket your expected thickness measurement range.

Please specify with order whether the original version or newer "C" version is required. The "C" version has a wide locking flange while the original version flange is the same diameter as the probe.
