A four-blade propeller, ø100 mm, for the pumping action a large bench vessel needs. Heidon’s selection chart places it in the circulation column for fast turnover of thin to medium liquids in larger vessels. Supplied in ø100 mm.

Choosing It Over the Alternatives

• Axial pumping: four blades move more volume per turn than the standard propeller, at the same shaft speed
• Vessel match: above 10,000 mPa·s, choose a blade diameter of at least 60 percent of the vessel diameter; the size steps in this line exist for that rule
• Combination mixing: pair a shear blade with a circulation blade on one shaft when a batch needs both dispersing and turnover
