Desktop Composition Analyzer

This completely unique instrument uses Near Infrared Light for instant, non-contact, non-destructive testing of liquid and solid samples. Moisture, fat, oil, protein and other organic components can be simultaneously measured. Includes Tracker software for calibration, measurement, and analysis of samples.

This instrument connects to the serial port of a PC for calibration and data tracking. It can be run without attachment to the PC once calibration(s) have been loaded into the KJT270. Passwords protect calibrations from unauthorized alteration. There is an optional printer that is available for printed output (without use of PC).
