A Near-Infrared Light Source is reflected off the liquid or
solid sample. The light resonates with the appropriate
molecule(s) and a portion of the light is absorbed. The higher
the moisture content, the higher the amount of absorbed light.
After calibration, the moisture concentration values can be
instantly measured without sample preparation. Calibrations and
calibration points are stored within the analyzers, providing
tremendous versatility for the diversified manufacturer.
Moisture can be measured in the lab, near line (desktop),
online/inline the manufacturing process or in field applications
with our unique portables.

Can be used with liquids, pastes and solids and can test both stationary and moving (process line) products.
This classic instrument is a acclaimed for it 0.001 precision and elegant simplicity. Simply place the sample onto the integrated sample dish. The KJT230 automatically starts the the test, rotating the sample for 6-10 seconds until the microprocessor determines the moisture average moisture content. The result is displayed on the large digital display. The instrument automatically adjusts for changes in the ambient environment between each test to ensure a lifetime of measurement accuracy.
