Kett introduces a full line of hand-held coating thickness testers that non-destructively measures applications in the powder coating, plating, and surface finishing industries. These units are accurate, dependable, and simple to operate, and are backed by a three-year manufacturer's warranty.

Models are designated with either LE, LH, or LZ. The LE models use the electromagnetic method, and can measure non-magnetic coatings over ferrous substrates, while the LH models use the eddy current principle, and can measure non-conductive coatings over non-ferrous substrates. The LZ models have both technologies built-in, allowing the measurement of the widest range of applications of the Kett machines.

The 900 series has a compact design, integrated probes, high/low alarms, and the accuracy of the more expensive units, making it ideal for spot checks on the process line.

The 330 model has high/low alarms, multiple calibration storage, non-volatile memory, statistics, and printer capacity. This unit is designed for the surface finishing firm that requires full functions, and versatility.

The 200 model has high/low alarms, multiple calibration storage, non-volatile memory, statistics, and a built-in printer. The 200 is ideal for the surface finisher performing a variety of tasks, and requires hard-copy documentation of measurement results.
